To participate in the Governor’s Citation Programme, the clubs should complete the following programmes (Mandatory)
1. Eligible for RI President’s Citation.
2. Complete all the two projects in Group A & one each from the remaining Groups of Dist. Projects.
3. Conduct Primary School (up to 4th Standard) Eye Check Up Project.
4. Participate in Children Literacy Kit programme during Governor’s Official Visit. (Programme of RI president’s Spouse)
Apart from the above four mandatory projects the clubs should accumulate a minimum of 100 points from the following listed Programmes / projects (A minimum of two programmes / projects under different heading mandatory)
Membership:
1. Retain All existing members-----------------------5 points.
2. 15% growth in membership------------------------5 points.
3. Add one new women member---------------------5 points.
4. Start a new Club----------------------------------- 15 points.
5. Attend Dist. Membership Devpt. Seminar---------5 points
Public Image:
1. Project / programme to enhance the Public Image of Rotary-----5 Points.
2. A news item in local news paper on Rotary’s programme--------5 points.
3. Donate Rotary Bulletins to schools-----------------------------------5 points.
4. Invite local Public leaders to Rotary’s Projects / programmes-—5 points.
5. Publicize Rotary thro hoardings & posters--------------------------5 points.
Club Administration:
1. Minimum 80% attendance in weekly meetings-------------------------5 points.
2. All reports to be submitted before 7th of every month-----------------5 points.
3. Participate in Dist. Conference: 100%------------------------------------30 points.
-----------------------------------------------50%-----------------------------------15 points.
-----------------------------------------------25%-------------------------- --------10 points.
4. Payment of RI Dues with in the due date-------------------------------5 points.
5. Payment of Dist. Dues & Magazine subscription before 15.08.08---10 points.
6. Maintaining Rotary Protocol in all Rotary meetings-----------------10 points (RPO’s Certificate to be enclosed)
Service Projects:
1. Establishing High way Life Line System---------------------------------5 points.
2. Health Check up camps-----------------------------------------------------5 points.
3. Environment Protection Programme--------------------------------------5 points.
4. Aids Awareness Programme-----------------------------------------------5 points.
5. Blood Donation Camps-----------------------------------------------------5 points.
6. Every additional project in Dist. Project-----------------------------------5 points.
7. Start a new Rotaract club----------------------------------------------------5 points.
8. Start a new Interact club----------------------------------------------------5 points.
9. Start a new RCC-------------------------------------------------------------5 points.
10. Conduct RYLA--------------------------------------------------------------5 points.
11. Young Achiever Award----------------------------------------------------5 points.
12. 4 way test promotion--------------------------------------------------------5 points.
13. Honouring an eminent citizen---------------------------------------------5 points.
14. Career Development programme-----------------------------------------5 points.
The Rotary Foundation:
1. Contribution to TRF by the club@ Rs.500/= per member-----------10 points.
2. A new PHF from the club--------------------------------------------------5 points.
3. Participation in a MG project----------------------------------------------5 points.
4. Participation in GSE programme------------------------------------------5 points.
5. Participation in Polio Eradication Programme--------------------------5 points.
6. A minimum Contribution of Rs.2500/= to Polio Fund-----------------5 points.
7. Attend Dist.TRF Seminar----------------------------------------------------5 points.
8. Attend Dist.Polio Seminar---------------------------------------------------5 points.
Leadership Development:
1. Attend PETS / SETS-------------------------------------------------------5 points
2. Attend DOTS by all Dist. Officers of the club---- ----------------------5 points.
3. A minimum of 50% of members participation in Dist.Assembly-----15 points.
4. Attend Leadership Development Seminar-------------------------------5 points.
5. Conduct “Let Us Talk Rotary” Programme---- ------------------------5 points.
Special Golden Citation for 100% registration in Dist. Conference.
Special Golden Citation for completion of all District Project.
