Dear Visitor, Special Welcome and Good Day to you !

Rotary International District 3202

The Rotary District 3202 was formed in July 2008 as a multi-generation successor of District 89 (comprising of Afganistan, Burma, Ceylon and India) formed in 1937-38, and an immediate successor of District 3200 formed in 1991-92. The new district has 88 Clubs and a membership strength of 3013 Rotarians.

The Clubs are spread over part of the southern Indian states of Kerala and Tamilnadu. The larger cities in our RI District are Tirupur and Calicut.

A large majority of the Clubs have weekly tea meetings. Our RI District is well known for its involvement in the avenue of Community Services.

Rtn MPHF M Prakash of Rotary Club of Badagara is the first District Governor of the new district (for 2008-09).

To all Presidents, Secretaries:

The monthly e-reporting (or online reporting, as it should be called) module is ready. Kindly note the following and do the needful now so that you can use the module with ease.

1. All items to be reported are first treated as events, be it a meeting or a project or a program. Therefore, before any item can be reported, it must be added/entered as an event (follow the "Add your Event" link in the Events page to add an event). Only meetings or projects need be reported. It may take a maximum of 5 minutes to make an event report.

2. Once a meeting/project is entered as an event, the "Report this Event" link will appear against it, in your club page. Each event is reported seperately but the module will automatically create the summarised monthly report from these event reports.

3. Items not added/entered as an event will not be included in the summarised report. However, all events may/need not be reported, especially if there are multiple entries for the same event.

4. Photographs (maximum 2 only) uploaded for each event will be part of the event report and summarised monthly report. If no photographs are uploaded for any event, the report will also not contain any photographs.

Once you complete reporting all the meetings/projects/programs, you will see "Monthly Reports" link in your "MyClubPage". You can use the relevant links to view your summarised report. Follow instructions on the screen to file the report. No editing is possible at the report summary level; all corrections must be done at event entry and or reporting level.

Since this is the first time we are introducing online reporting, we welcome your feedback so that the reporting can be improvised further. If you have any queries, please send me an email at the address given at the bottom of this page.

YiR,

Rtn M Arun (Kanhangad),
